Coverage
Our comprehensive warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship, for a period of 10 Days from the date of purchase. This warranty includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Replacement of missing or defective stones (up to a certain size)
  2. Repair of clasps, chains, and bracelets

How to Obtain Service
Should your jewelry require attention, please follow these steps to obtain service under our warranty:

  • Drop us an email on Care@Rachiva.Com
  • Securely package your jewelry along with a copy of your purchase receipt.
  • Send the package to us using a trackable shipping method. Shipping details and the address will be provided through email.

Exclusions
Please note, our warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear
  2. Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or alterations
  3. Theft or loss of the jewelry
  4. Damage due to exposure to chemicals or harsh environments

Additional Services
Outside of warranty coverage, we offer a variety of services to maintain the beauty of your Rachiva pieces. These services are provided at a nominal fee and include deep cleaning, and stone resetting, among others.
